Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer standard shipping across New Zealand. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.00.
Local Pickup
If you are located nearby, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5-7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes and rural addresses in New Zealand. Please ensure you enter your full address details correctly at checkout.
Delays and Issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at sales@bronzedgoddess.co.nz with your order number and we’ll look into it right away. We are not liable for delays once the item is with the courier, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.
