HOW TO WHITEN TEETH WITH OUR TEETH WHITENING STRIPS:

• Brush your teeth beforehand to ensure your teeth are clean.
• Tear open your individual whitening strip package and remove each strip from the plastic base.
• Apply the long, straight strip onto your top teeth and fold underneath and fold the smaller, curved strip onto your bottom teeth.
• Wait 25 minutes in conjunction with The White Light (or 30-60 minutes for the strips alone).
• Rinse your mouth with toothpaste and warm water to remove the excess gel.
• Try not to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after applying the gel.
